The Riverstone High School Fitness Club is a weekly session run before school on Thursday mornings.
Each session will run from 8am to 8:45am and will include a variety of activities including; body weight exercises, cardio based activities, light weights and boxing.
The fitness club aims to create a safe and positive environment where students can exercise with their friends and challenge themselves to achieve personal goals. Research shows that participation in physical activity can help to reduce stress and improve a person's overall wellbeing.
