Gym club

Gym club runs before school each day from 8am to 8:45am (except Thursdays) in the school gym located in upper C block. There is a cost of $20 for the year to use the gym. This money is used to buy new equipment or to help maintain the current equipment. 

Students are able to use the equipment to create a workout program designed to meet their specific needs. Supervising staff are available to give guidance and suggestions on alternate workouts or activities if needed. 

Any student wishing to use the gym needs to see the physical education staff to get a gym club permission note prior to use. All students using the gym are required to have a change of shirt for their workout (not school shirt), towel and water.
